Don’t you just love warning labels? Some seem so obvious that it is surprising and humorous that they are even needed. For example, how about the warning label on a hairdryer, “Don’t use in the shower.” Or consider the one on an aerosol can, “Caution: Don’t spray in your eyes.” And then there is this one on a portable stroller, “Caution: Remove infant before folding for storage.” This morning, we will consider a warning label contained in the Epistle Reading from Hebrews. I’m thinking in today’s world this one is needed and may not be so obvious.
