When Bad News Is Good News

No one wants to hear bad news. No one wants to hear, “You have a cancer.” Or “You have a blockage in an artery.” Or “Your financial portfolio just took a big hit today.” Or “Your insurance doesn’t cover this.” The list is endless. You know what I am talking about. But there are instances when we can be thankful for bad news. When there is a remedy, hearing bad news is essential. “The good news is that we caught the cancer in time. It is stage one, operable, and we can successfully treat it.”
