An Intercessor Extraordinaire
Three Pastors were debating the most effective posture of prayer. Kneeling the first insisted. No, standing with arms outstretched claimed the second. Laying prostrate on the floor is the most effective argued the third. But the telephone repairman interrupted the men of the cloth, "I discovered the most effective posture some years ago when servicing outdoor lines. Quite by accident I found myself dangling upside down 30 feet above the ground. Let me tell you, that is a very effective posture for intentional prayer!" This morning we will talk about the comfort that we receive when someone is praying for us. We call this kind of prayer Intercessory Prayer. And wait until we discover who it is we can count on to pray for us daily...
